Demand for housing in Hornepayne has once again surged due to the success of mining, forestry, and a strong railway component. Since there is a lack of housing in the town and many growing industries the town has been in dire need of places for accommodation. Our solution is to repurpose a commercial building into a residential building. We will be developing an 8-unit multi-residential complex. The building is 8000 square feet, and each unit includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The complex also includes lots of space for parking.
